liked how the a double room as in the picture was arranged when we arrived. the property was in the center of the city. ate at maharadscha palast, it's around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

My a twin room was silent & brand-new. The staff were super friendly and polite and knew how to help. Its location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Rathausturm was unbeatable and good.

I really liked the cozy and inviting decoration of the hotel. The general areas were very well-maintained and had a nice ambiance. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with no stairs to climb and well-lit hallways. It made getting around much easier for me.

I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people if there had been more assistance from the staff. The children working there seemed overwhelmed at times and could have been more attentive to the needs of older guests.
